Hey, I have submitted an order over 33 days ago, and I still have not received my records even though my credit card has been charged. I have tried emailing the info address 4 times, and nobody has ever returned my emails. I want to know what is going on, because from where I am sitting, it looks like I have been ripped off.
So if a customer service rep could get in touch with me, we could avoid some nasty business with the credit card company.
