Topic: The Man Behind Sasha : Charlie May

If you know Sasha, you know Charlie May. The British producer is well known for being one half of pioneering progressive house duo Spooky, but it is probably May

Re: The Man Behind Sasha : Charlie May

Absolutely love Charlie May's sound and production. Spooky - Open is on fairly regular rotation 'round are flat smile

Re: The Man Behind Sasha : Charlie May

Sorry guys. The Bug EP was May's first 'real' solo work. As nice as this release is, it doesn't top that. (GKP is a totally underappreciated diamond of dance music).

However, I have snapped the 2 tracks up and will listen and listen to realise the inner depth to each track. Cos that's what May does best. Contemporary dance music that sounds good years later.

Brilliantly put, totally agree. There's a handful of producers out there that are at a different level than most, Charlie easily makes this group. Huge respect for the guy and his music.

DJ Matt Black. Continuously dumbfounding the masses with his cryptic and incoherent reviews.
