You mean Agbonlahor?

Re: The General Footy Thread

I can't spell his name so went with Benteke

Re: The General Footy Thread

Could have easily been him.

Re: The General Footy Thread

Where's Flares? I've risked the wrath of my missus and checking online round the pool just to see his reaction to that load of toss yesterday. 3 points down and already a goal difference of -5 to Manure Shited.

Re: The General Footy Thread

None of my spies know of any potential Modric deal but there is 1 definite signing to be announced this week. It could be Feiellaney.

Id be happy with him at United to be honest. Great worker, scores goals and is great at doing a man marking job. More effective than Anderson or Cleverley too. Better than Gerrard also, lets be honest.

Re: The General Footy Thread

Fuck me where were Azpilicueta, Rat and Zaha this weekend? Totally fucked my fantasy side they have.
Zaha played all pre-season and Azpilicueta was a given i thought? Fuck Fuck Fuck.

Re: The General Footy Thread

Great to have Jose back.

Just like the old days too, go 2 up and shut up shop.

Re: The General Footy Thread

Extremely flat second half. You would have thought Jose would have wanted them to get 4 goals at least and go top.

Was Hull ffs, it's not like they were going to do anything.

Big game on Wednesday.

Saving ourselves for that.

Re: The General Footy Thread

At least we can be guaranteed it not being an eight-niller this time.

Re: The General Footy Thread

Flares... you doing alright mate?

Re: The General Footy Thread

What you going to do if he's not Rhouses? Offer him a bong?

Re: The General Footy Thread

Hope we're not at the top of the league for too long.

£28m joint bid for Fellaini & Baines rejected this morning. Bit of an insult considering Fellaini's £23.5m clause only expired the other week.

This is the kind of offer I'd expect to come from Arsenal.

Re: The General Footy Thread

Bet flarsey is feeling a bit like Ronaldo this morning. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1742 … cycle-kick

Flares...

Re: The General Footy Thread

Watched that at the weekend – poor guy looks like hes gonna keel over any minute from being out of breath. Needs to cut down on the 20 Mayfairs a day habit imo

When I play......no dog barks!!!!

Re: The General Footy Thread

Poor bloke looks like he is going to break down in tears at one point, he hasn't read the script about it not being about winning trophies.

Re: The General Footy Thread

'Could that have went any worse?' Haha fair play to him. The cunts at board level are exactly what he said. Cant be flares as he loves everything Arsenal.  If you look closely he walks past at 1.36 on the right.

They will probably make a bid today of £28,000,001

Re: The General Footy Thread

Can see them struggling on Weds away to Fenerbache as well.

Even if Arsenal do get knocked out they could be reinstated as there is a legal case going on and the result wont be known till AFTER the second leg, UEFA will secretly be hoping that Arsenal knock them out then it wont make any difference if they win or lose the case
