Just about qualifies but, for my money, comes dangerously close to 'decent tune'...  smile

Adam Ant - Wonderful

Re: Guilty 'pop' pleasures...

Sufficiently guilty.

Ellie Goulding might just make it onto this years Lucky Length List.

With you all over that - smashjnr was boshing that out of her bedroom to the point of distraction a couple of years back...

Defo a decent tune. Not the kind of track Id be firing up on the jukebox down the local biker bar though.

There's a remix of this (Brothers In Rhythm?) that is FUCKING immense - in fact, hold on...

Probably heard most of it - jnr sat me down last year, maybe the year before, to watch their Glastonbury performance on the tele - was ok I guess but didn't leave any big impression on me either way - that tune you linked though has managed to stick in my head over time - obviously the sample from the Loleatta Holloway track kind of struck a chord with me from somewhere...

Re: Guilty 'pop' pleasures...

Pretends it's a 'house' record but it's basically a pop tune and so fucking what...

Bobby Brown - K Klass remix of 'Two Can Play That Game'

That track just reminds me of clubbing in soho in the early 90's

Re: Guilty 'pop' pleasures...

Ok - *bares soul* - I rather like this...

Blue - Fly By II

*chuckles*

Re: Guilty 'pop' pleasures...

Taking my 'baby-girl' to her first proper grown-up gig at Brixton Academy next month - Macklemore - she'll fucking love it and I'll be trying to blot it out somehow but this track does have something...
