A lot of the big hitters on here are using the S2 mk1

Looking at getting an X1 controller to use with my Xone 62 mixer I have or 2 Xone K2s as I then don't need a souncard. Decisions!

Thanks Marcus and all the best with the night!

Fuck off Matt.

I'm surprised you didn't think Warren was Pepsi_Cola on GU as you can't get the most basic fact right even with the whole internet at your disposal.

Emanuel Petit was a refugee from French Guyana.

Sorry Fad, have I done something to upset you?

Re: Wow, the Bedrock forum is still going?

I think I may have had a reg with that last post.

Reg.

Re: Wow, the Bedrock forum is still going?

Anybody using the term Reg is officially having a Reg.

It has been decreed.

Re: Wow, the Bedrock forum is still going?

Who is this Reg and is he even worth having?

DJ Matt Black. Continuously dumbfounding the masses with his cryptic and incoherent reviews.

Hi Phil.
Thought I'd start getting back into DJing a couple of weeks ago (only to do mixes as I have the same job). Only problem is now, there is a whole new world of equipment. Looking at Traktor but haven't got the foggiest what equipment to get.

Youll probably get some ideas from this thread here;

I'll try to dig one out... perhaps not legendary, but everyone was mad for them at the time. It prob won't be as impressive these days when we've got Ableton and unlimited channels, but Jon used to use 3/5 decks and effects, really good shit and he played alot of Northern Exposure type stuff which scored points with me.

The mix he did for Johns kiss100 show was superb.

Re: Wow, the Bedrock forum is still going?

I had his Ibiza mix from 2003/2004 on a Cd, was really good stuff i remember

Re: Wow, the Bedrock forum is still going?

...totally missed the buzz on the early Jon Lisle mixes, thought the Bedrock album was a bit dull, although when I saw him at Heaven he did start with Microman 'Microhouse' which scores him a sackful of points IMO

Pretty sure I've got all of them - well, at least ten or more from 'Autobiography' onwards - can get them uploaded as required...

Re: Wow, the Bedrock forum is still going?

The two Lisle mixes from early 00's that I remember being genuinely legendary were autobiography and loose cannon.  There were others like the set at the Beach in brighton as a warm up for digweed (brilliant night out) which were also good but the above two were pure class.  I remember, as a student, just caning the YAP and prefab sprout sections until I broke the CDs themselves

Re: Wow, the Bedrock forum is still going?

Is anyone else absolutely flabbergasted that the Bedrock forum is still running? Who'd have thought it? Mental.
