You appear to have missed the purpose of this thread, Smallman.

The thread is not for discussing countries we'd like to go to but instead another opportunity to abuse Rhouses.

At least Dermo's following the rules.

Belize is the worst out of all the Central American countries.

Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica and Panama are all boss though.

I can confirm on Honduras - well the Bay Islands area at least.  I've heard good things about Nicaragua and Bluefields.

Just trying to add somewhere that's going to give us the white sand/beach thing for a few days.

If Phuket's not the right place we'll look at somewhere else.

If you are in Vietnam you NEED to go to Hoi An and Ha long bay on your way up to Macau (somewhere else i wouldn't go )
If you are in Vietnam it almost a crime not to po to Siem Reap in Cambodia for the temples. 30 quid from Hanoi.

Re: Countries you would most like to visit (and why?)

White sand beach is Hoi An mate. More deserted white sand beach than you'll have ever seen before and all in a Unesco world heritage city.

Don't include Shanghai in there either.

Even though it is a city of over 20 million people, I may see a thicket in a Spurs shirt dribbling out basic, badly pronounced Mandarin and that would ruin my day and also ruin the urbane, sophisticated image Englishmen have in this city.
