Topic: Bedrock 16

Well, it seems like this forum is low on love for breaking news as such.

Anyways... save the date for Bedrock 16.

Saturday 4th October. At a 'Central' London location.

If I missed the thread for this one let me know and I'll delete.

Cheese.

Beef Jerky Time!

Almost. Don't want to jinx it mate. I used Power Mortgages and they got a provisional offer in less than a day from two lenders. Very good service to date. Got a buyer for my gaff in less than 12 hours saying we wanted to sell.Tenterhooks basically.....

I'm already planning bi fold door extensions, loft conversions, an office pod in the 75 ft garden and 4k TVs in every room.

It's going to fall through.

Re: Bedrock 16

*fingers crossed* mate

I've got an agreement in principle sorted as well and we put a deposit down on a 4 bed detached new build at the weekend

hopefully we can keep our buyer hanging on until it's ready to move into - eek

Nice one. Fingers crossed for you too. Are you able to use that help to buy as its a new build?

Re: Bedrock 16

I'm moving to London from abroad that weekend and will be there. There's no excuse for copping out, Millsy.

Keep it FLAC. Say NO to variable bit rates.

Re: Bedrock 16

I will go if it's not at Fire.

Can't be that bad, surely? Shirley? I was planning on wearing my best Ralph Lauren polo shirt with turned up collars, and Ray Ban aviators for the entire duration.

Re: Bedrock 16

Why did it move from Heaven?

Re: Bedrock 16

Probably not big enough to pay John's wages.

They already have night on Fridays and Saturdays that have gone on for ever.

Re: Bedrock 16

I don't really understand the hate for Fire.

Generally its a great venue, bit of outdoor space, plenty of smaller rooms to wobble about it.
Main room layout is a bit gash but hey ho - cant fault the soundsystem and to be honest wherever they host it, Diggers room will be rammed.

Heaven again would of course be awesome smile

Wont be at this one however - 4 days after baby Fletch's due date is probably cutting it a bit close

Re: Bedrock 16

My ears are still ringing from Fire. Brutal sound system. Shit latrines also.

Re: Bedrock 16

100% in, natch.

The obligatory afters at Casa Smallman is of course, very much on.

Re: Bedrock 16

Tempted to get over for this although I've never been to a Digweed night at Fabric so might opt for that instead this year....I've been reading about those nights on here for years, would be silly not to get involved!

I've been enjoying the drumcode weekly podcasts. Adam Beyer seems like a nice chap.

The latest one was 6 hours from the drumcode stage at Awakenings. I've had to break it down into chunks as 6 hours of techno is a bit much in one go.

no - cos of being a contractor and the options available - was hoping we could tho tbh

have gone with a higher than planned LTV mortgage so that we get to keep some equity to put a donk on it
