Topic: Drum'n'Bass

What's better: Fabric or the End?

I love the music but get a little scared by the inordinate amount of tall, lanky men around...

So, what do you wanna do?

Re: Drum'n'Bass

Bitch.

I ain't lanky.

Re: Drum'n'Bass

Plump DJs @ Fabric and Bukem @ The End really must be done one of these days...

Re: Drum'n'Bass

But which to begin with? I promised to gently introduce my friend into the clubbing scene (he's just moved to London)...

So, what do you wanna do?

Re: Drum'n'Bass

Bukem @ The End, even a musical heathen such as myself enjoyed it

Re: Drum'n'Bass

whichever fits into your hectic clubbing schedule?

progression sessions is on friday, but bukems not playing there this month...

fabric has the advantage of having breaks in one room and b'n'd in the other. of course it has the disadvantage of being full of cants.

Re: Drum'n'Bass

Seen him a couple of times now and am inclined to agree! Plump can wait, I guess...

So, what do you wanna do?

Re: Drum'n'Bass

The End is nice floating rythmic D&B, Fabric is loud, bass'ey and intensily having it drum and bass. Depends what mood you are in really

Re: Drum'n'Bass

not really fair on Hadders, he was repying to me about the current state of the Tottenham side.

I may have saved some money by the time Bukem comes round (hopefully) & so could theoretically make it out

Re: Drum'n'Bass

R&B is taking Australian, and worldwide charts by storm. WHY. It's f**king shite. All it consists of is a looped break and a few basslines with stupid bitches singing crap over the top... we can pull any style of music to bits... but R&B needs to be stopped... it's taking over the local clubs in Adelaide... theres no room for progressive in this place, no one knows anything further or deeper than a once-in-a-while trance track and then back to pop like music... our clubs suck. When will bedrock expand worldwide so it can bedrock Adelaide and teach Adelaide DJ's some new tricks

As for DnB, it's pretty mad but cannot come as close to my heart and mind as Progressive House, REEEEEESPECTTTT!
