have it on good authority, that its a re-edit of the original

Re: sasha's glastonbury set

Enjoyed this set, best Sasha set i have heard for a while, would love him to do a whole set of drum and bass though rather than just two tracks at the end of a set

Re: sasha's glastonbury set

he did a couple of others as well Matt - including his d'n'b Xpander remix. All very well received (as they should be at a festie)

Re: sasha's glastonbury set

Hearing this for the first time now and it's a cracker -- much more entertaining than the last set of his I heard.

Don't know what the track is between 35min and 38min but it sets up a great mid-section.

Anyone still got a DL link for this? The others seem to have expired now

Re: sasha's glastonbury set

Stuck it on for a gym session and just found myself dancing (on the sly). Superb set.

Re: sasha's glastonbury set

There's a remastered version now of this on his site. www.djsasha.com

Re: sasha's glastonbury set

silly not too cos now everyone has the lesser version..anyone ripped it?

Re: sasha's glastonbury set

Well, well, well. Sasha's started playing good music again then has he? After all that well-intentioned, yet ultimately unsatisfying noodling around with Ableton, he's back on it. Proper tough house music mixed with proper drive and groove. Nice touch of DnB at the close. Refreshing.

Still not back to the top of his game, but a belting festival set. Sounds like he has started playing for the audience again. Rather than playing the same set for himself and the bank manager hoping nobody would notice. His sometime DJ partner would do well to take note of this last point.

Can't get away with playing the same sets these days, can they? These days sets from countries I couldn't find on a map are regularly recorded, broadcast and ID'd before I'm even out of my scratcher of a Sunday morning.

I'll add to the call for a high quality rip of this. This set is a keeper.
