Never been a huge fan of Dave Seaman.

Re: Dave Seamans' kickstarter album...

The friends I have in the trance circles say that Fleming is about the only one who kept it "real", whatever that means when it comes to trance.

Re: Dave Seamans' kickstarter album...

Regarding the TL, good to see I'm not the only one who still shamelessly plays Hardbody. Huge track that.

Re: Dave Seamans' kickstarter album...

Pixelated has been out ages, Fleming has always been more psy trance some of it isnt to bad.

Re: Dave Seamans' kickstarter album...

Tbf very difficult to polish a turd.

Re: Dave Seamans' kickstarter album...

You cant polish a turd, but you can roll it in glitter

You can, they did it on Mythbusters!

Re: Dave Seamans' kickstarter album...

Can you actually buy this if you didn't contribute to the kickstarter?

Unlikely - he wants to do it on a yearly basis and the whole point of backing it is that you can't just buy it.

Re: Dave Seamans' kickstarter album...

Dave Seaman doing what he does best.

Taking all of the du jour prog tracks and putting them together to form an utterly forgettable compilation.

Re: Dave Seamans' kickstarter album...

oh I dunno, he's come out with some classics in his time - Awakenings, Renaissance:Singapore and his Goo: Buenos Aires are all top drawer. Long time ago though admittedly.

Re: Dave Seamans' kickstarter album...

Caught Seaman a few times at The Cross back in the day and always thought he was decent.

His albums are nothing mind-blowing but I had a soft spot for GU Cape Town although I haven't heard it for donkeys so it may well sound absolutely horrific now.
