I hope one day I can be as dismissive and cool as you.

Have a little cry about a record why not.

This.  By a country mile.

Re: Favorite Bedrock-release

If its more recent tracks rather than just classics then this gets my vote, it fucking destroys a dancefloor

Re: Favorite Bedrock-release

Probably 2nd favourite...

It was a bit hard not to pick that one smile

Wish I was old and a little sentimental.

Oh and it's still one of the pillars of muscular house. No matter how rinsed.

No doubt. Hey, I still like it; but like how Trisco ripped off Sparks it is nice to recognize where the core component of the track came from. Especially with S&S given the poor chap Cowley died from AIDS well before his music had the audience it deserved. To me, "Pushin Too Hard" is a remix of "Menergy" not an original. But opinions, assholes etc.

Re: Favorite Bedrock-release

I'll have to track that down.

The drums on Trisco were lifted off a ZZ Tops track.

Sounds pretty darn close that menergy.

Re: Favorite Bedrock-release

Sorry if this is a derail but here's Pushin Too Hard.

Trisco (apparently on top of daft outfits, having a Hitler mustache was a-okay in the '80's synth scene).

Re: Favorite Bedrock-release

That Sparks track is big at Lowlife. As is this. Classics.

Couldn't find the whole damn thing. Rude.

Remember Diggers dropping that at Heaven and the whole floor erupting

Re: Favorite Bedrock-release

Yep, saw him drop Chutney at Homelands and the place was jumping.

Class.
